Xiaomi has always been in talks because of the devices they offer at such amazing prices. The recently launched Redmi Note 5 Pro made headlines as well because of features it offered at this tremendous price point. Now, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S launched.
The newly launched device is almost completely bezel-less in design. the device comes at CNY 3299 (approximately Rs 34,200). There is also an international variant with full global band support that costs CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs. 41,411). Besides the two, there is also a 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant that costs CNY 3,599 (approximately Rs 37,192).
The device will go on sale on April 3 in the home country. The device comes in with a more powerful Snapdragon 845 this time and packs a 3400 mAh battery under the hood. On the back, it’s got a dual rear camera setup with 12+12 MP f/2.0 Primary Camera and another telephoto lens. The company promises that the phone can capture amazing Portrait shots with its AR based technology. The camera on Mi Mix 2S has a 1.4-micron pixel Sony IMX 363 sensor. Also, the device has dual-pixel autofocus technology along with a phase detection system.
Along with all this, Xiaomi is set to unveil its voice assistant ‘Xiao’ which can do pieces of stuff like booking tickets without even unlocking the smartphone. During the launch event, Xiaomi also showed that in the future, the Mi Mix 2S will be able to unlock the cars and houses using the smartphone.
